Daleco definition

Daleco or the “Company”), Far East Investments, LLC, a California limited liability company (“FEI”), and DTE Investment Ltd. A British Virgin Island company (“DTE”, and together with FEI, the “Investors” and individually an “Investor”). The Company and the Investors are sometimes collectively referred to as the “Parties’ and individually as a “Party”.
