Daily Work Schedule. The daily work schedule shall be established by the employee's immediate supervisor in consultation with the employee. The decision of the supervisor is final. Except for an emergency, such work schedule shall not be changed without a five (5) day written notice to the employee.
Daily Work Schedule. The regular daily work schedule for first shift Associates shall be from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., second shift from 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Monday - Thursday and 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Fridays, unless it becomes necessary to arrange to shift schedules different from the above schedule due to such things as the need for additional shifts, to provide for continuous operations, or to comply with Federal or State laws.

Overtime: Time worked in excess of eight (8) hours in any one day or forty (40) hours in any one week, shall constitute overtime and shall be compensated at one and one-half (1 1/2) times the employee's regular rate. The District will only pay overtime under unique circumstances and with prior approval from the supervisor. The District shall not solicit employees to accept compensatory time in lieu of other compensation. Changes in an employee's time card will only be made in the presence of the employee. Examples of Daily Work Schedule in a sentence
The Daily Work Schedule within the Policy and Procedure Manual in effect at the date this Agreement is memorialized, unless otherwise modified through the DRC process shall govern daily activities.
Revised Daily Work Schedule – An employee may be permitted to revise her/his regular daily working schedule to reflect a starting time and/or an ending time, which is different from the employee’s normal hours of work schedule.
The "Public Works Daily Work Schedule" for employees shall be posted on the bulletin board anytime a change to the schedule is made.
