Daily Usage File. (DUF) is a process whereby a CLEC receives usage sensitive records in the industry standard format, currently Exchange Message Interface (EMI). 1.4 “End User” means a third-party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided at retail by AT&T.   • Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

Any change in Daily Simple RFR due to a change in the applicable RFR shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the RFR without notice to the Borrowers.

  • Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the Daily Simple SOFR, plus (b) 0.10%; provided that if the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR Rate as so determined would be less than the Floor, such rate shall be deemed to be equal to the Floor for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Daily Report has the meaning set forth in Section 8.9(a).
