Daily Update definition

Daily Update means the daily update of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/releases/h15/update/, or any successor site or publication.
Daily Update means the daily update of H.15(519), available through the worldwide website of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/releases/h15/update/, or any successor site or publication. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Fed Funds Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.
Daily Update means the daily update of H.15(519), available through the world-wide-web site of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.

Examples of Daily Update in a sentence

  • If the rate referred to in clause (3) is not so published by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the calculation date, then the Treasury Rate will be the rate on the calculation date of the applicable treasury securities as published in H.15 Daily Update, or another recognized electronic source used for the purpose of displaying the applicable rate, opposite the caption “U.S. Government Securities/Treasury Bills/Secondary Market” on the interest determination date.

  • If the above rate is not published in either H.15(519) or the H.15 Daily Update by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the Calculation Date, the Calculation Agent shall determine the Prime Rate to be the arithmetic mean of the rates of interest publicly announced by each bank that appears on the Reuters Page US PRIME 1, as defined below, as that bank’s Prime Rate or base lending rate as in effect for that Interest Determination Date.

  • If the above rate is not published in either H.15(519) or the H.15 Daily Update by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the Calculation Date, then the Calculation Agent shall determine the Prime Rate to be the arithmetic mean of the rates of interest publicly announced by each bank that appears on the Reuters Screen USPRIME 1 Page, as defined below, as that bank's Prime Rate or base lending rate as in effect for that Interest Determination Date.

  • If the rate described in clause (i) above does not appear in H.15 Daily Update or another recognized electronic source at 3:00 P.M., New York City time, on such Calculation Date (unless the calculation is made earlier and the rate is available from one of those sources at that time), the Treasury Rate will be the Bond Equivalent Yield of the auction rate, for such Treasury Interest Determination Date and for Treasury Bills having the Index Maturity, as announced by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

  • If the rate is not published prior to 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the Calculation Date in either H.15(519) or the H.15 Daily Update, then the Calculation Agent shall determine the Prime Rate to be the arithmetic mean of the rates of interest publicly announced by each bank that appears on the Reuters Screen USPRIME 1 Page, as defined below, as that bank's Prime Rate or base lending rate as in effect for that Interest Determination Date.

  • If the rate referred to in clause (3) is not so published by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the calculation date, then the Treasury Rate will be the rate on the calculation date of the applicable treasury securities as published in H.15 Daily Update, or another recognized electronic source used for the purpose of displaying the applicable rate, opposite the caption “U.S. Government Securities/ Treasury Bills/Secondary Market” on the interest determination date.

  • If the above rate is not published in either H.15(519) or the H.15 Daily Update by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the Calculation Date, then the Calculation Agent shall determine the Prime Rate to be the arithmetic mean of the rates of interest publicly announced by each bank that appears on the Reuters Screen USPRIME 1 Page, as defined below, as that bank’s Prime Rate or base lending rate as in effect for that Interest Determination Date.

  • If the rate referred to in clause (3) is not so published by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the calculation date, then the Treasury Rate will be the rate on the calculation date of the applicable treasury securities as published in H.15 Daily Update, or another recognized electronic source used for the purpose of displaying the applicable rate, under the heading ""U.S. Government Securi- ties/Treasury Bills/Secondary Market'' on the interest determination date.

  • If the rate described above does not appear in H.15(519) at 3:00 P.M., New York City time, on the Calculation Date corresponding to such CD Interest Determination Date (unless the calculation is made earlier and the rate is available from that source at that time), then the CD Rate shall be the rate described above as published in H.15 Daily Update, or another recognized electronic source used for displaying that rate, under the heading “CDs (Secondary Market)”.

  • If the above rate is not published in either H.15(519) or the H.15 Daily Update by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on the Calculation Date, the Calculation Agent shall determine the Prime Rate to be the arithmetic mean of the rates of interest publicly announced by each bank that appears on the Reuters Screen USPRIME 1 Page, as defined below, as that bank's Prime Rate or base lending rate as in effect for that Interest Determination Date.

Related to Daily Update

  • H.15 Daily Update means the daily update of H.15(519), available through the world-wide-web site of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System at hxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/H15/ update, or any successor site or publication.

  • Statistical record means a record in a system of records maintained for sta- tistical research or reporting purposes only and not used in whole or in part in making any determination about an identifiable individual, except as pro- vided by 13 U.S.C. 8.

  • Maximum Daily Starts means the maximum number of times that a generating unit can be started in an Operating Day under normal operating conditions.

  • Daily One Month LIBOR means, for any day, the rate of interest equal to LIBOR then in effect for delivery for a one (1) month period.

  • 3-Month LIBOR means the London interbank offered interest rate for three-month, U.S. dollar deposits determined by the Trustee in the following order of priority:

  • Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the Reserve Percentage.

  • T-Bill Rate means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the average yield expressed as a percentage per annum on three-month Government of Canada Treasury Bills, as reported by the Bank of Canada, for the most recent treasury bills auction preceding the applicable Floating Rate Calculation Date.

  • Daily Usage File or “DUF” or “Usage Extract” means a service which provides End User usage call records as described in Attachment 11 - Daily Usage File.

  • Average Daily Availability means the average daily Availability for the immediately preceding Fiscal Quarter.

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME1 Page means the display designated as page “US PRIME1” on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace the US PRIME1 page on that service for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks).

  • Statistical Release means the statistical release designated “H.15(519)” or any successor publication which is published weekly by the Federal Reserve and which reports yields on actively traded United States government securities adjusted to constant maturities or, if such statistical release is not published at the time of any determination under the Indenture, then such other reasonably comparable index which shall be designated by the Company.

  • Treasury Index Rate means the average yield to maturity for actively traded marketable fixed interest rate U.S. Treasury Securities having the same number of 30-day periods to maturity as the length of the applicable Dividend Period, determined, to the extent necessary, by linear interpolation based upon the yield for such securities having the next shorter and next longer number of 30-day periods to maturity treating all Dividend Periods with a length greater than the longest maturity for such securities as having a length equal to such longest maturity, in all cases based upon data set forth in the most recent weekly statistical release published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (currently in H.15(519)); provided, however, if the most recent such statistical release shall not have been published during the 15 days preceding the date of computation, the foregoing computations shall be based upon the average of comparable data as quoted to the Corporation by at least three recognized dealers in U.S. Government Securities selected by the Corporation.

  • Index Provider means, in respect of a Sub-Fund, the person responsible for compiling the Index against which the relevant Sub-Fund benchmarks its investments and who holds the right to licence the use of such Index to the relevant Sub-Fund as set out in the relevant Appendix.

  • Six-Month LIBOR The average of interbank offered rates for six-month U.S. dollar deposits in the London market based on quotations of major banks.

  • Average Daily Flow means the cumulative total sewage flow to the sewage works during a calendar year divided by the number of days during which sewage was flowing to the sewage works that year;

  • Reuters Screen USPRIME1 Page means the display which appears on the display on Reuters (or any successor service) as page “USPRIME1” (or any other page as may replace such page), for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.

  • Average daily attendance or "ADA" means actual average daily

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page means the display on the “US PRIME 1” page on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, or any replacement page or pages on that service, for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major U.S. banks.

  • Benchmark Rate means, with respect to any Redemption Date, the rate per annum equal to the annual equivalent yield to maturity or interpolated maturity of the Comparable Benchmark Issue (as defined below), assuming a price for the Comparable Benchmark Issue (expressed as a percentage of its principal amount) equal to the Comparable Benchmark Price for such Redemption Date.

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page” means the display on the Reuter Monitor Money Rates Service (or any successor service) on the “US PRIME 1” page (or any other page as may replace that page on that service) for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.

  • Compounded Daily €STR means, with respect to any Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily euro short-term rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) as calculated by the Calculation Agent as at the relevant Interest Determination Date in accordance with the following formula (and the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the nearest fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards):

  • Reuters Screen USPRIME 1 Page means the display designated as page "USPRIME 1" on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service, or any successor service, or any other page as may replace the USPRIME 1 Page on that service for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.

  • DAILY LOG BOOK means the format as may be certified by the Company's Engineer on a day-to-day basis during the tenure of this Agreement.

  • BBA means the British Bankers’ Association.

  • Telerate British Bankers Assoc. Interest Settlement Rates Page means the display designated as Page 3750 on the Telerate System Incorporated Service (or such other page as may replace such page on such service for the purpose of displaying the rates at which dollar deposits are offered by leading banks in the London interbank deposit market).

  • U.S. Treasury Bill Rate on any date means (i) the Interest Equivalent of the rate on the actively traded Treasury Bill with a maturity most nearly comparable to the length of the related Dividend Period, as such rate is made available on a discount basis or otherwise by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in its Composite 3:30 P.M. Quotations for U.S. Government Securities report for such Business Day, or (ii) if such yield as so calculated is not available, the Alternate Treasury Bill Rate on such date. "Alternate Treasury Bill Rate" on any date means the Interest Equivalent of the yield as calculated by reference to the arithmetic average of the bid price quotations of the actively traded Treasury Bill with a maturity most nearly comparable to the length of the related Dividend Period, as determined by bid price quotations as of any time on the Business Day immediately preceding such date, obtained from at least three recognized primary U.S. Government securities dealers selected by the Auction Agent.
