Daily Train Plan definition

Daily Train Plan means the daily train plan issued by ARTC;
Daily Train Plan or “DTP” means that document detailing the scheduled times for all Train services operating on the Infrastructure and any Planned Possessions, Urgent Possessions and Emergency Possessions on a particular day on a specified part of the Infrastructure;
Daily Train Plan means a “Daily Train Plan” under the relevant Train Operations Deed. Default Rate means, for any day in a Month, the annual interest rate that is the sum of:

Examples of Daily Train Plan in a sentence

  • If the Access Holder notifies Queensland Rail that it wishes to operate an Ad Hoc Train Service, then Queensland Rail may, but is not obliged to, schedule the Ad Hoc Train Service in the Daily Train Plan.

  • If Queensland Rail schedules an Ad Hoc Train Service in the Daily Train Plan then, despite any other provision in this agreement the Operator must, in operating the Ad Hoc Train Service, comply with the Train Service Description subject to any derogations permitted by Queensland Rail.

  • Without limiting the rights of the Operator, Aurizon Network must notify the Operator (by way of a Train Control Direction) as soon as reasonably practicable after it becomes aware that it is unable to make the Infrastructure available for the operation of a Train Service which is scheduled in the Daily Train Plan.

  • Unless Aurizon Network has already given the Operator a Train Control Direction under clause 20.3 in respect of a Train Service, the End User must notify or must ensure that the Operator notifies Aurizon Network as soon as reasonably practicable after the Operator is instructed by the End User not to, decides not to, or becomes aware that it will be unable to, operate a Train Service which is scheduled in the Daily Train Plan.

  • Without limiting the rights of the End User, Aurizon Network must notify the Operator (by way of a Train Control Direction) as soon as reasonably practicable after it becomes aware that it is unable to make the Infrastructure available for the operation of a Train Service which is scheduled in the Daily Train Plan.

Daily Train Plan means the timetable maintained by the Access Provider that sets out planned Train movements on the Network on a particular day.

Daily Train Plan means the daily train plan issued by ARTC; Dangerous Goods Code means the Australian Code for the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road and Rail prepared by the National Road Transport Commission (or successor body) from time to time; Environmental Condition means any Environmental Damage or any event, circumstance, condition, operation or activity which it is reasonably foreseeable is likely to result in Environmental Damage and which, in ARTC’s reasonable opinion, could result in ARTC or any other person incurring any material liability or being subjected to a direction of any competent authority; Environmental Damage means any material injury or damage to persons, living organisms or property or any material pollution or impairment of the environment resulting from the discharge, emission, escape or migration of any substance, energy, noise or vibration; Force Majeure means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of a party which occurs without the negligence of that party and includes inevitable accident, Governmental Authority means the Commonwealth or relevant State or Territory Government or any Commonwealth or State or Territory governmental, semi- governmental, judicial, municipal, statutory or public entity or authority but excludes ARTC and such entity or authority in its capacity as an Access Holder; GTK means gross tonnes multiplied by kilometres; Hunter Valley Coal Chain means the system of moving coal from coal producers through a terminal in the Gunnedah, Sydney or Gloucester basin areas of New South Wales that utilise the Network and:
Daily Train Plan means the documents comprising all of the advices which are prepared for each day during the Term in accordance with the Operations Protocol by or on behalf of each of the Train Control Entities exercising Train Control on the Network on that day and which, taken together, show all of the Train Paths on the Network for that day. Dangerous Goods means any substance or article prescribed as dangerous goods under the DEH means Office of Environment and Heritage NSW.
Daily Train Plan or DTP has the meaning given to that term in the Access Undertaking.
