Daily throughput definition
Daily throughput means the average amount of gasoline that a bulk gasoline terminal or plant dispenses in a day from that facility and is defined as the thirty (30) day rolling average throughput of the facility. This is used to determine applicability, not compliance.
Daily throughput means the average amount of waste received by a solid waste facility per day, calculated by dividing the total tonnage or volume received by the actual number of days of operation in the most recent calendar year.
