Daily Portion definition
Daily Portion means, with respect to any amount determined pursuant hereto, the product of such amount and a fraction the numerator of which shall be the number of days from and including the preceding Business Day to but excluding such Business Day and the denominator of which shall be the number of days in the then current Monthly Period.
