Daily NAV Change definition
Daily NAV Change means, for each of the New Income Equity Fund and New Long/Short Fund, the per-share net asset value (NAV) as of the close of business on such day, minus the per-share NAV of such fund (or its predecessor) as of the close of business the prior business day, in each case computed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principals consistent with past practice of each such fund.
