Daily Markup Amount definition

Daily Markup Amount means the price adjustment applied on a daily basis to the Sale Price to determine the Repurchase Price as provided in Section 2.10.

Examples of Daily Markup Amount in a sentence

  • If the Repurchase Proceeds are not paid in fuel on the Repurchase Date, the Repurchase Price will be increased each day not paid by 110% of the Daily Markup Amount for each day until payment.
