Daily Maintenance definition

Daily Maintenance shall have the meaning as ascribed to this term in Contract Section A.3.6.a.
Daily Maintenance means our attendance on site to rectify any items of traffic management equipment which has been moved from its original position and if required to clean any item of traffic management equipment at scheduled prearranged intervals of no more than 3 days.
Daily Maintenance means: the replacement of component parts which require only assembly and no sewing other than hand tacking.

  • The employees agree to perform "Driver's Daily Maintenance Checks" on City vehicles as established within their particular Department.

  • This excludes, Scheduled Daily Maintenance, issues with internet and communication applications not maintained and/or hosted by VNDLY or VNDLY’s service providers, force majeure, or Customer, Affiliate, Supplier, User, or Client’s failing to meet the Minimum Software Requirements.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, Scheduled Daily Maintenance and any monthly Scheduled Maintenance as necessary.

  • The employees agree to perform "Driver's Daily Maintenance Checks" on their vehicles as established within their particular Department.

  • AGENCY will pay UA a fee per student based on the students educational disability label as derived from the Arizona Department of Education╆s Average Daily Maintenance (ADM) formula ARS 15-901.

  • Daily Maintenance, Calibration and Control verification reports can be printed and maintained.

  • All products must be inherently designed to help reduce operational costs for the Participating Agency, including typical Site Prep and Product Installation, Daily Maintenance, Long-Term Maintenance, Repair and Removal.

Related to Daily Maintenance

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, the Company is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.
