Examples of Daily Invoice in a sentence

  • All payments shall be made by wire transfer of immediately available funds or by Automated Clearing House credit in U.S. Dollars by the Party owing any such amount under a Daily Invoice to the other Party at such address or depository as the owed Party may designate in writing.

  • In the event BKRF in good faith disagrees with any Daily Invoice issued by ▇▇▇▇▇, BKRF shall promptly, but not later than five (5) Business Days after its receipt of such Daily Invoice, notify ▇▇▇▇▇ of the reasons for and amounts in dispute.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the TessPay Platform shall make available its call detail records (“CDR”) and shall provide CDR’s for each Daily Invoice.

  • Party A shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver confirmations with respect to each such Additional TD Forward Transaction promptly, and in any event on or before the first (1st) Business Day following the Business Day on which the applicable Daily Invoice (or Month-End Invoice) is delivered.

  • On the Invoice Date (as indicated on Exhibit I) for each Delivered Flow Date, Supplier shall provide to Coffeyville a Daily Invoice for the Crude Oil volume delivered to Coffeyville on that Delivered Flow Date.

  • In the event BKRF in good faith disagrees with any Daily Invoice issued by Vitol, BKRF shall promptly, but not later than five (5) Business Days after its receipt of such Daily Invoice, notify Vitol of the reasons for and amounts in dispute.

  • Each Daily Invoice will detail the Supply Cost for such Crude Oil by reference to Crude Oil delivered by Counterparties.
