Daily Availability definition

Daily Availability for any day means the excess of the Borrowing Base (as set forth on the most recent Borrowing Base Certificate delivered) over the Revolving Exposure on such day (determined, in the case of days which are Business Days, as of the close of business of each such day).

Examples of Daily Availability in a sentence

  • If the aircraft has not been available for nine hours then the Daily Availability rate will be reduced by one eighteenth (18) for each ½ below the nine hour minimum.

  • When a Daily Availability is charged the aircraft and support equipment along with all necessary personnel will be in a state of readiness for takeoff upon fifteen (15) minute notice.

  • Concurrent with such request, Borrower shall provide to Lender a duly completed and signed Daily Availability Report that supports the requested Advance amount.

  • Field Trips not assigned for that day will also be awarded off the Daily Availability List.

  • The cost of the mechanic shall be included in the Daily Availability Rate.

  • Each day drivers must mark the periods (i.e. am, mail, midday, pm) they want to be considered for work by 7:59 am on the Daily Availability List.

Related to Daily Availability

  • Average Daily Availability means the average daily Availability for the immediately preceding Fiscal Quarter.

  • System Availability means, with respect to any particular calendar month, the ratio obtained by subtracting Unscheduled Downtime during such month from the Total Monthly Time, and thereafter dividing the difference so obtained by the Total Monthly Time. Represented algebraically, System Availability for any particular calendar month is determined as follows:

  • Readily available means available under a standard of economic feasibility, as applied to the specific circumstances of the applicant, that includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • General Availability means the date a version of Software was first made available to be licensed by Sandvine customers.

  • Maximum Availability has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.
