Daiichi has the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

Daiichi means Daiichi Sankyo Company, Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and its joint ventures, subsidiaries (including Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., Luitpold Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and American Regent, Inc.), divisions, groups and affiliates controlled by Daiichi Sankyo Company, Ltd., and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.

Examples of Daiichi in a sentence

  • Star Union Dai-ichi will have the right to do a Security Audit of the vendor’s IT infrastructure.
