DACA Accounts definition

DACA Accounts means the Debt Service Reserve Account and the Revenue Account subject to a Control Agreement maintained at one or more DACA Banks listed on Schedule 8.01.

  • Each Loan Party shall close any of its DACA Accounts (and establish replacement cash management accounts in accordance with the foregoing sentence) promptly and in any event within 30 days of notice from the Collateral Agent that the credit rating of the DACA Bank by M▇▇▇▇'▇ Investors Service, Inc.
