DAB Agreement definition

DAB Agreement means the document entitled ‘Dispute Avoidance Agreement’ dated on or about the date of this Agreement between FACS, ServiceCo and the members of the DAB, substantially in the form set out in Schedule 23. Date for Service Readiness means, in respect of each Stage and subject to clause 16(b), the date specified as such in the Delivery Phase Milestone Schedule, as adjusted (if at all) in accordance with this Agreement. Date of Service Readiness means, in respect of each Stage and subject to clause 16(b), the date specified in the certificate issued by FACS under clause 15.6(a)(i) as the date on which ServiceCo achieved Service Readiness.
DAB Agreement means the Dispute Avoidance Board Agreement in the form of Schedule 38 to the Project Deed;
