DA Program definition

DA Program means the Directed Array Library component of the Research Program conducted by ArQule for Solvay in general accordance with the Research Plan, as set forth in Section 4.
DA Program means the Directed Array component of the Research Programs between ArQule and Solvay Duphar, as set forth in Article 4.

Examples of DA Program in a sentence

  • ArQule shall have the right, at the time Solvay seeks to include any compound(s) in the DA Program, to exclude from the DA Program any compound that ArQule has determined is (i) licensed or otherwise committed to a third party in the Field or (ii) committed to an internal ArQule program in the Field.

  • With respect to the DA Program, the Research Committee has heretofore determined the general specifications for the Directed Array Libraries to be delivered to Solvay during the Research Period.

  • Under the direction of the Research Committee and in accordance with the Research Plan, ArQule will synthesize multiple Directed Array Libraries of compounds derived from (i) Solvay Compounds provided to ArQule by Solvay or (ii) Licensed Compounds requested by Solvay to be included in the DA Program.

  • The DA Program will be conducted in accordance with the Research Plan.

  • ArQule agrees that any Derivative Compounds provided to Solvay under the DA Program will not be (i) licensed or otherwise committed to a third party in the Field or (ii) committed to an internal ArQule program in the Field, and Solvay agrees that ArQule may exclude from the DA Program any Derivative Compounds that ArQule has determined are (i) licensed or otherwise committed to a third party in the Field or (ii) committed to an internal ArQule program in the Field.

  • ArQule shall use such payments to conduct the DA Program in accordance with this Agreement.

  • In consideration of the performance by ArQule of the DA Program, during the first Contract Year, Solvay Duphar shall pay ArQule research and development funding in the amount of * Dollars * , payable as follows: * On the Effective Date * On January 2, 1996.

  • ArQule agrees that any Derivatives of Active ArQule Compounds provided to Solvay Duphar under the DA Program (i) will not have been provided by ArQule to any third party and (ii) will not in the future be provided by ArQule to any third party.

  • In the event that Solvay Duphar or a Solvay Duphar Affiliate decides, in its sole discretion, to contract with an outside party for the manufacture of a Royalty-Bearing Product arising from the DA Program, Solvay Duphar shall not offer such manufacturing rights to such third party except as provided in this Section.

  • The DA Program shall be conducted in a good scientific manner and in compliance with all applicable legal requirements.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • MPA Program means the global emergency multiphase programmatic approach program designed to assist countries to prevent, detect and respond to the threat posed by COVID-19 and strengthen national systems for public health preparedness.

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.

  • Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.
