DA Device definition

DA Device means the combination of (i) distribution equipment that performs either a power control or monitoring purpose (such as a recloser, capacitor bank, line sensor, etc.), and (ii) a Remote Terminal Unit that provides electronic controls for such a distribution device (such as a capacitor bank controller).

Examples of DA Device in a sentence

  • Except as permitted in Section 2(b) below, and unless as provided in a separate agreement between you and the Company, this License does not allow the FGC-OS Software to exist on more than one DA Device at a time, and you may not distribute or make the FGC-OS Software available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices (whether another DA Device or other device) at the same time.

  • You must use the DA Device in compliance with all applicable laws.

  • Your purchase and use of the DA Device will be subject to Company’s terms of sale (or similar agreement) which are in addition to, and not superseded by, this License.

  • This License does not allow you to update or restore any DA Device that you do not control or own, and you may not distribute or make the FGC-OS Software Updates available over a network.
