DA Design definition
DA Design means the detailed design for a Building (and not merely conceptual design or design studies) that will be submitted to the relevant Consent Authority as part of a Development Application for approval to construct and use that Building. DA Expiry Date has the meaning given to this term in clause 5.5(a)(iii).
