D. Number definition

D. Number means, with respect to any Debtor, the organizational identification number assigned to such Debtor by the applicable governmental unit or agency of the jurisdiction of organization for such Debtor. Type of Organization means, with respect to any Debtor, the kind or type of entity of such Debtor, such as a corporation or limited liability company.

Examples of D. Number in a sentence

  • Contractor awarded Lots are as set forth in Appendix D, Number 1.
