CyDex definition
CyDex means CyDex, Inc. and any subsidiary or any other entity in which CyDex, Inc., directly or indirectly, owns more than 50% of the voting securities, partnership, or other ownership interest.
CyDex has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph hereof.
