From the date of this Agreement until the Distribution Effective Time, Ironwood and its Subsidiaries shall be entitled to use, retain or otherwise dispose of all cash generated by the Cyclerion Pharmaceutical Business and the Cyclerion Assets in accordance with the ordinary course operation of Ironwood’s cash management systems.
