Effective for the twelve-month period beginning on January 1, 2006 (i) the Block Hour Rate used for the 2005 calendar year will be multiplied by a One Time Adjustment Factor (OTAF) and multiplied by (1 + CPPI), and (ii) the Cycle Rate shall be calculated by multiplying the Base Cycle Rates for 2005 by (1 + CPPIB)* (OTAF), and then calculating the weighted average of the resulting rates.
