Cyberstar definition

Cyberstar means CyberStar, L.P., a limited partnership organized under the laws of the state of Delaware, pursuant to that certain Agreement of Limited Partnership of CyberStar, L.P. dated as of June 30, 1997, as it may have been amended from time to time.
