Cybersecurity Vulnerability(ies) definition
Cybersecurity Vulnerability(ies) means any bug, software defect, design flaw, or other issue with software associated with a Product that could adversely impact the confidentiality, integrity or availability of information or processes associated with the Product.
Cybersecurity Vulnerability(ies) means any bug, softwaredefect, virus,design flaw, harmfulcode, securityincidentor other vulnerability (whether known, latent or otherwise) with Software associated with a Product that could adversely impact: (a) the Buyer (b) any network, software or information system or (c) the confidentiality, security, integrity or availability of information or processes associated with the Product.
