Cyber Services definition

Cyber Services means any application, infrastructure or services provided by the Contractor in relation to any computing hardware, software or other computing or information technology (including firmware) that: (a) has the ability to impact the availability, integrity or confidentiality of OPG Systems and Information; and (b) may form part of, may be connected to, or may be used to access OPG Systems and Information, except if OPG expressly specifies that such application, infrastructure or services are not considered Cyber Services under this Contract.

  • Unless the SOW specifies equipment as Client’s purchased equipment or specifies a different owner, any equipment used or purchased under the SOW shall be owned by the UST entity or Affiliate providing the Cyber Services or Deliverable covered by the SOW.

Related to Cyber Services
