Cyber Policy definition

Cyber Policy means the cyber security insurance policy for the benefit of the Group (on terms approved by the Purchaser) to be incepted following the date of this Agreement and which may form part of a wider insurance policy for the benefit of the Group;
Cyber Policy has the meaning specified in Section 8.10(b).
Cyber Policy means the Cyberrisk Liability Policy, No. ZPL-16N76755-24-13, issued by Travelers Property Casualty Company of America, effective February 28, 2024.

  • DSM’s liability for any unauthorized and illegal intrusion into the Customers data (data hacking) shall not exceed the limits of DSM’s Cyber Policy coverage.

  • Notwithstanding the requirements of this Section, either Party may terminate this Agreement in accordance with its provisions, or pursuant to an order of FERC or a court at equity.

  • Contractor shall comply with the additional requirements of the Cyber Policy for all Information Systems accessing, using, or storing Edison Data in electronic or digital form and all Edison Data accessed, received, or maintained by Contractor.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 8.2, Contractor agrees that its confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations with respect to the Cyber Policy shall continue according to the terms of that policy, if applicable.


More Definitions of Cyber Policy

Cyber Policy means the Company’s cybersecurity insurance policy number C-4LR5-014831-CYBER-2022 issued by Coalition Insurance Solutions, Inc.
Cyber Policy means the Cyber Insurance Policy underwritten by At-Bay Specialty Insurance Company with the Company as the named insured.
Cyber Policy means a cybersecurity insurance policy providing “tail” coverage to the Company’s existing policy for six years following the Closing.

Related to Cyber Policy

  • Master Policy means the contract between the Company and the Master Policyholder to provide Life Cover to the insured member on receipt of due premiums.

  • CSR Policy means a statement containing the approach and direction given by the board of a company, taking into account the recommendations of its CSR Committee, and includes guiding principles for selection, implementation and monitoring of activities as well as formulation of the annual action plan;

  • R&W Policy means the buyer-side representation and warranty insurance policy as may be issued to Purchaser in connection with this Agreement.

  • NAV Error Policy means the TRP Net Asset Value Error Policy as attached hereto as Schedule II.

  • RWI Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.16.
