CXC Technology definition
CXC Technology means the proprietary CXC computer programs in machine-readable, binary form, any accompanying hard copy documentation, content and any underlying technology used by CXC to create, operate and/or maintain the Compliance Central Products, including any improvements, modifications, updates, upgrades and derivative works thereof, provided through online access via the Compliance Central Portal.
