CWP Specifications definition

CWP Specifications are the written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards and workmanship for the construction of a Construction Work Package, and performance of related services.

Examples of CWP Specifications in a sentence

  • Anything mentioned in the CWP Specifications and not shown on the drawings, or shown on the drawings and not mentioned in the CWP Specifications, shall be of like effect as if shown or mentioned in both.

  • Reviews will involve Schematic Design Documents, Design Development Documents and Construction Documents to include evolving architectural, civil, mechanical, plumbing and electric, information technology, and structural plans and CWP Specifications, as well as all other drawings and data related to the Work prepared by the Architect-Engineer.

  • In the event of a conflict between the drawings and CWP Specifications, the drawings shall govern as to the quantity and location, and the CWP Specifications shall govern as to material type, quality and performance.

  • If duplications or conflicts exist in the drawings or the CWP Specifications, prices shall be based on the most expensive combination of quality and quantity of Work indicated with a credit for all costs saved accruing to the Authority if a less expensive method of Work is directed.

  • In case of a discrepancy in the figures in the drawings or CWP Specifications, the matter shall be promptly submitted to the Contracting Officer, who shall promptly make a determination in writing.

  • If the Contractor identified such risks, it may suggest changes or adjustments to the drawings or CWP Specifications to overcome them.

  • The Contractor shall identify any apparent ambiguities, errors, omissions, defects, conflicts and coordination issues in the design, plans and CWP Specifications and other documents so that the Authority may arrange for necessary corrections.

Related to CWP Specifications

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Standard Specifications means all applicable legal requirements pertaining to the development of the Property including, but not limited to, Master Subdivision Plan, applicable permits, and construction drawings required for all Infrastructure, including, without limitation, the Town's Unified Development Ordinance, Knightdale's Water Allocation Policy (Ordinance # 13-06- 19-001 and Ordinance # ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇) and Standard Specifications and Construction Details Manual. The failure of this Agreement to describe any other permit, condition, or term of restriction applicable to the Property does not relieve Developer of the necessity of complying with the same.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Detailed Specifications means the specifications for materials and works as specified in PWD BSR/ issued under the authority of PWD/ or as implied/added to or superseded by the special conditions.
