At the termination of the lease, the two (2) keys to the pedestrian gate must be handed back to the Cape Winelands District Municipality (CWDM).
The Bidder shall not be entitled to make any alterations and/or additions and/or improvements of any nature whatsoever to the premises without the Cape Winelands District Municipality’s (CWDM) prior written consent.
The Bidder may not change the setttings of the electronic remote control devices of the entrance gates that grants access to the premises, without the written consent of the Cape Winelands District Municipality (CWDM).

The Bidder may not sublet the premises or any part or parts thereof, nor permit occupancy by anyone, without the prior written consent of the Cape Winelands District Municipality (CWDM), which consent may be granted or withheld at the sole a subjective discretion of the Cape Winelands District Municipality (CWDM).
If any alterations and/or additions and/or improvements are made to the premises in terms of Clause 8 above and with the Cape Winelands District Municipality’s (CWDM) prior written consent, the Bidder shall, upon the termination of this lease, reinstate the premises to the same condition that it was prior to such alterations and/or additions and/or improvements at his/her own cost if so required by the District Municipality,.
The Bidder shall not be entitled to modify any electrical installations on the premises or allow the modification of such electrical installations without the Cape Winelands District Municipality’s (CWDM) prior written consent.
It is recorded that a lease agreement, signed by the lessor and the lessee, shall be entered into between the Cape Winelands District Municipality (CWDM), the lessor, and the successful Bidder, the lessee, which agreement shall serve as the final and binding document between the parties.
If the Bidder changes the locks on the pedestrian gate, the Bidder must provide the Cape Winelands District Municipality (CWDM) with a copy of each separate key.
