CWC Fee definition

CWC Fee is defined as the fair market value of services received by CWC for goods and services rendered to Medcorp pursuant to Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

Examples of CWC Fee in a sentence

  • In consideration of the provision of CWC's Services to the Medcorp as provided for herein, CWC shall be entitled, under the terms and conditions herein, to the CWC Fee which shall be paid monthly and shall be due no later than the tenth (10th) day of each month.

  • CWC has the right to debit the bank account of Medcorp for unpaid obligations of Medcorp with respect to payroll, taxes and the CWC Fee and any unpaid amounts due under the Loan.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement, CWC shall first be paid any amount due under the CWC Fee and shall then be reimbursed for any amount outstanding under the Loan, Advances and liquidated damages unless otherwise agreed to in writing by CWC.
