CWAC definition

CWAC means Cool Water Aquatic Community.
CWAC means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Pass-Through Rates of the Class A-1, Class A-2 Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5, Class A-6 and Class B Certificates for such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of the Principal Balances of such Classes immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
