CVY Account definition
CVY Account means the Vendor’s Solicitor’s conveyancing account opened under the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Conveyancing) Rules 2011 as promulgated under the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act (Cap. 61).
CVY Account means the account opened by the Vendor’s Solicitors in accordance with the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Conveyancing) Rules 2011 as promulgated under the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1886.
