The provisions of this indemnification do not apply to any damage or losses caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of CVUSD, its officers, board members, employees, or volunteers.
Permanent employees may be dismissed during the employment period for cause only (See CVUSD AR4218).
All operation, maintenance, and repairs shall be made at the direction and under the control of CVUSD.
All other terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain unchanged during the term of said options, except as mutually revised in writing by CVUSD and CRPD.
Adult School positions will be posted for a minimum of five (5) work days in the staff break room and on the CVUSD website.
Except as otherwise provided herein, all structures and installations erected on CVUSD property shall be the property of and be maintained by CVUSD, except those removable facilities which CRPD may hereafter purchase.
At CVUSD and CRPD’s mutual option, this Agreement may renew for up to two (2) additional ten (10)-year terms.
These services can be terminated by CVUSD with 30 days advanced notice.
CRPD shall provide CVUSD with copies of certificates for all policies, with the appropriate named additional insured coverage and an endorsement that they are not subject to cancellation without thirty (30) calendar days’ prior written notice to CVUSD.
