CVQ definition
CVQ means a Caribbean Vocational Qualification issued by a national training authority;
CVQ means a regional certification system to accredit a standard and uniform delivery of competency-based technical and vocational education, training and certification within the Caribbean, established pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement Establishing the Caribbean Association of National Training Agencies in November 2003.
