Cutover Date(s) definition

Cutover Date(s) means that date(s) specified in the Transition Plan as the date upon which BancTec shall begin performing the Services in steady state at a designated location.

  • If a phased implementation is being conducted with multiple Cutover Dates this Contract shall be for the minimum period stated in Schedule 1 from the Final Cutover Date or, if no such period is stated, for a period of seven years from the Final Cutover Date.

  • Until the conversion is complete, the Parties will mutually agree what changes, if any, are necessary to the Transition Plan and to the Cutover Dates.
