Customs escort procedure definition
Customs escort procedure means the escort of means of transport conveying goods under the internal customs transit procedure by customs officials exclusively for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the customs legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan during internal customs transit.
Customs escort procedure means the escort of goods subject to customs control, the means of transport, and the accompanying documents from the customs point of departure to the customs point of destination by customs officials, as well as within the area of a single customs authority.
