customs decision definition

customs decision means any act by the customs authorities pertaining to the customs legislation giving a ruling on a particular case, and having legal effects on the person or persons concerned;

  • customs duty means any customs or import duty and a charge of any kind, imposed in connection with the importation of a good, but does not include any:

  • customs procedures means the treatment applied by the customs administration of each Party to goods which are subject to customs control.

  • Informed decision means a decision by a qualified patient, to request and obtain a prescription for medication that the qualified patient may self-administer to end his or her life in a humane and dignified manner, that is based on an appreciation of the relevant facts and after being fully informed by the attending physician of:

  • customs authorities means customs authorities as defined in Article 5, point (1), of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013;

  • Conciliation means the attempted resolution of issues raised by a complaint, or by the investigation of such complaint, through informal negotiations involving the aggrieved person, the respondent, and the Secretary.

  • customs airport means any airport declared under section 9 to be a customs- airport;

  • customs laws means such laws and regulations administered and enforced by the customs authority of each Party concerning the importation, exportation, and transit of goods, as they relate to customs duties, charges, and other taxes, or to prohibitions, restrictions, and other similar controls with respect to the movement of controlled items across the boundary of the customs territory of each Party;

  • Customs declaration means the act whereby a person indicates, in the prescribed form and manner, a wish to place goods under a given customs procedure, with an indication, where appropriate, of any specific arrangements to be applied;

  • ICC means the International Chamber of Commerce.
