Customs Cooperation definition

Customs Cooperation means collaboration among Customs Authorities aimed at the simplification of procedures and the improvement of Trade Facilitation, with the intention to enhance regulation of trade flows and enforcement of applicable laws in the State Parties by establishing international customs standards and harmonised customs procedures as outlined in this Annex;
