The Contracting Parties agree that the Customs Administrations may communicate directly for the purpose of dealing with matters arising out of this Agreement or any other customs matter which may be of mutual interest.
The Customs Administrations undertake by mutual accord to resolve problems or doubts arising from the application of this Agreement.
Implementation of this Agreement shall be entrusted directly to the Customs Administrations of the Contracting Parties.
