Customized Services has the meaning set forth in Section 4.9(a) of this Agreement.

Examples of Customized Services in a sentence

  • USCo shall deliver the initial version of the Customized Client, Customized Services and USCo Sites in accordance with the Statement of Work.

  • During the Term, USCo grants to JapanJV an exclusive (in the Territory only), nontransferable, non-sublicensable license in the Territory in and to all rights (including Intellectual Property Rights) to (i) any USCo Property (ii) the USCo Sites, (iii) the USCo Marks and (iv) any other materials furnished by USCo in connection with this Agreement, expressly for purpose of use in connection with the Customized Services, Customized Client and USCo Sites as contemplated hereunder.

  • At all times during the Term, JapanJV shall control in its sole discretion (i) the pricing of the Customized Services to End-Users, subject to the operational restrictions of the Services and (ii) Content programming for the Customized Services in the Territory and all marketing, messaging and Content included on the USCo Sites (via the Back-End Services).

  • End Users will contract directly with JapanJV via an End User license agreement (“EXXX”) when downloading the Customized Client and registering for the Customized Services.

  • USCo is responsible for acquiring and maintaining the domain names for the USCo Sites and any other domain names necessary for the Customized Services, other than domains to be obtained by JapanCo pursuant to the Marketing Agreement.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, USCo shall monitor and provide the Customized Services in accordance with this Agreement, including the SLA.

  • JapanJV will make no modifications or alterations to any USCo Materials, provided that the foregoing shall not preclude JapanJV from modifying or altering any Content available on or through the Customized Services or USCo Sites via the Back-End Services, subject in each case to the applicable license(s) for such Content.

Related to Customized Services

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.
