Customized Programs definition
Customized Programs means, individually and collectively, as the context requires, eFunds Customizations and Client Customizations.
Customized Programs shall have the meaning given thereto in Section 2.1(d).
Examples of Customized Programs in a sentence
Subject to the provisions of this Section 8 and the timely and full payment of applicable fees, eFunds will provide the maintenance and support services detailed in this Section 8 ("Maintenance Services") for one productive copy of all Initial Program(s) and those Customized Programs subsequently agreed to by Client and eFunds for maintenance- Maintenance Services shall be provided only to the Permanent Site.
