Customized Code definition

Customized Code means any modification, addition and/or development of code scripts (whether by VMware or any third party), that deviates from the predefined product code tree(s)/modules developed by VMware for production deployment/use.

Examples of Customized Code in a sentence

  • Customized Code will normally be made available to You through Epic's standard Update release process unless otherwise agreed to on the Change Order.

  • Contractor will provide fixes to vanilla and City-Made Customized Code for on-line, batch, and report code.

  • If VMware cannot directly identify the root cause of a problem or issue or reasonably suspects that the problem or issue is related to Customized Code, Customer shall be informed that additional assistance may be obtained by Customer directly from various product discussion forums or via engagement for an additional fee with VMware’s consulting services group.

  • AJ agrees to provide services to NPI by completing the following tasks as proposed by Healthy Housing Services (“HHS”) in attached Exhibit “A”: Task 1: Collaborate with HHS to Develop and Deliver Customized Code Inspection Course to Include Components of the Healthy Housing Assessment and Interventions (HHAI) Courses, including providing all required supplies.

  • Where VMware suspects that an issue may be related to Customized Code, VMware at its sole discretion, reserves the right to request that the Customized Code be removed.

Related to Customized Code

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.
