Customized AGVS means an Automated Guidance Vehicle System comprised of NDC AGVS Control Components and Equipment and NDC AGVS Control Know-How which incorporates such engineering modifications therein as are necessary to comply with the unique requirements and specifications of the End User who is purchasing such system.
