Customization Fees definition

Customization Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Customization Fees has the meaning given to that term in Section 4.1.
Customization Fees means the fees payable by the Client to TIA pursuant to this Agreement for the Customization, as more particularly defined in the Order Form.

Examples of Customization Fees in a sentence

  • Following receipt of such information, Bank may elect to withdraw its request for the change or enter into negotiations with Tech regarding adjustments to the Customization Fees.

  • Any agreed upon changes, including adjustments to the Customization Fees, will be reflected in written amendments to the affected Statements of Work, executed by the Relationship Managers of both Parties.

  • Customization Fees will be invoiced pursuant to the corresponding Statement of Work or, if not specified, monthly in arrears.

  • If Bank directs any such change, Tech will promptly notify Bank in writing if Tech believes that such change merits an adjustment to the Customization Fees.

  • Consulting and Implementation Services, Setup Fees and Customization Fees are to be invoiced during the month in which they are incurred.

  • TIA shall, within a reasonable time after receipt of such request, provide a written estimate (a “Change Order”) to the Client of: (a) the likely time required to implement the change and the effect on the timing to complete the Customization; (b) any necessary variations to the Customization Fees and other charges arising from the change; and (c) any other impact the change might have on the performance of the Agreement.

  • If, due to the Client’s delay, (a) the finalized architectural drawings, (b) the list of supplier materials, and (c) the retail pricing for the materials and a-▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ options are not delivered and finalized by the Client with TIA within one (1) year from the Start Date, then within thirty (30) days of the first anniversary of the Start Date, TIA may, in its sole discretion, increase the balance of the Customization Fees by no more than ten percent (10%) upon providing written notice to the Client.

  • All Service Fees, Implementation Fees, Advanced Customization Fees, Maintenance Fees, and Translation Fees, as may apply to an Order, shall be set forth in the Order.

  • The Customization Fees for the System are shown in Schedule A and are due upon signing this Agreement and are non- refundable.

  • The Client reserves the right to terminate the Agreement if it does not agree with such increase in Customization Fees by TIA upon providing TIA with written notice of termination within seven (7) days of receipt of such notice of Customization Fees increase from TIA.

Related to Customization Fees

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Modification Fees With respect to any Serviced Loan, any and all fees collected from the related Mortgagor with respect to a modification, extension, waiver or amendment that modifies, extends, amends or waives any term of the Loan Documents (as evidenced by a signed writing) agreed to by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, other than (a) any Assumption Fees, Consent Fees or assumption application fees and (b) any fee in connection with a defeasance of such Serviced Loan.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Origination Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.02 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Loan by the Company.
