Customization Fee definition

Customization Fee as used in this Agreement shall mean the amount with respect to each Third Party Contract designated as the Customization Fee in the Supplemental Agreement (as defined in Section 4.1 hereof) relating to such Third Party Contract. Go Figure agrees to pay to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ each Customization Fee within 3 business days of Go Figure's receipt of such Customization Fee from a Third Party. Go Figure shall have no obligation to pay a Customization Fee prior to its receipt of such Customization Fee from a Third Party.
Customization Fee means the hourly fee assessed by TRX for Client requested modifications to the Services;

  • BNYM may make Company Modifications available to all users of the Licensed System, including BNYM, at any time after implementation of the particular Company Modification and any entitlement of Company to reimbursement on account of such action must be contained in the Customization Fee Agreement.
