Customised Mobile Device definition

Customised Mobile Device means a Device that has been customised or made to order for a particular end user (e.g. an exclusive colour variant of a Device that is only offered for sale on Samsung’s Website and requires special production). Data Privacy Laws means Commonwealth, State and/or Territory legislation in relation to the collection, use, storage, transfer, security or disclosure of any personal information, including (without limitation) the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Customised Mobile Device means a Device that has been customised or made to order for a particular end user (e.g. an exclusive colour variant of a Device that is only offered for sale on Samsung’s Website and requires special production).

Related to Customised Mobile Device

  • Mobile Device means a computing device, typically smaller than a notebook, which runs a mobile operating system, such as iOS, Android, or Windows Phone. Mobile Devices include smart phones, most tablets, and other form factors.

  • Licensed Material means radioactive material received, possessed, used, transferred or disposed of under a general or specific license issued by the Agency.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.
