Customised Goods definition

Customised Goods means Goods sold by sample or description which are to be modified, customized, configured or refurbished in accordance with an applicable Specification.
Customised Goods means any Consumables that are specifically made to your specification.
Customised Goods means Goods which are to be specially manufactured by the Seller or to which any process is to be applied by the Seller in accordance with a specification submitted by the Buyer.

  • Finished Goods means completed goods which require no additional processing or manufacturing to be sold to third party customers by the Loan Parties in the ordinary course of business.
