Customised Goods definition
Customised Goods means Goods which are to be specially manufactured by the Seller or to which any process is to be applied by the Seller in accordance with a specification submitted by the Buyer.
Customised Goods means any Goods produced specifically for the Buyer, including but not limited to bespoke or made-to-order Goods;
Customised Goods means Goods sold by sample or description which are to be modified, customized, configured or refurbished in accordance with an applicable Specification.
