Customer’s Infrastructure definition

Customer’s Infrastructure means the Customer’s infrastructure specified in Schedule 1 (if any).
Customer’s Infrastructure means the infrastructure to be constructed, provided and/or maintained by the Customer which is essential to the performance of the Customer’s obligations or exercise of the Customer’s rights under this Agreement, as set out in Item 8 of the Schedule.
Customer’s Infrastructure means Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated by Customer or a third party.

Examples of Customer’s Infrastructure in a sentence

  • If either or both of the Supply Point and the Monitoring Point are located on the Customer’s Land, the Customer licenses the Supplier, or will ensure that the Supplier is licensed, at all times during the Term to access the Supply Point and the Monitoring Point for the purposes of this Agreement, including installing or maintaining any necessary monitoring equipment, meter or connection between the Supplier’s Infrastructure and the Customer’s Infrastructure.

  • At all times during the Term, the Customer must maintain and keep in good working order the Customer’s Infrastructure and ensure it complies with the Approved Use and the On-Site Controls to the extent that they are applicable.

  • The Incentive will be paid together in a single payment to the Customer’s Infrastructure Reserve Fund and will be made no later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date.

  • In such event, CMC expects the recovery time to be no more than forty-eight (48) hours, and CMC’s disaster recovery warm facility will support Customer’s Infrastructure at sixty percent (60%) of the Production Environment’s normal operating capacity.

  • DCLUX shall provide the Customer with a connectivity service using DCLUX Network to deliver IP traffic between the Customer’s Infrastructure and the global Internet.

  • General responsibilities for the services included within the scope of this schedule are: • 24x7 Monitoring of the Customer’s Infrastructure; • Liaison with the Customer and 3rd parties in the Customer vendor ecosystem to resolve all Incidents and Service Requests within the Customer ecosystem; • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Problem Management; and • tools administration.

  • Within the Customer’s Infrastructure, one or more Virtual Machine(s) will be deployed as the NICE Justice Data Source Gateway(s) (DSG).

  • Customer’s Infrastructure shall, at minimum, meet the specifications required by the Company.
