Customer’s Business definition

Customer’s Business means Customer's services and/or products to be made available via the Internet in connection with this Agreement.
Customer’s Business means the sale of products, provision of services and other activities or enterprise of Customer (including government, administration and non-for-profit activities).
Customer’s Business means the business described in Recital A and any other business that the Customer or any other Related Entity of the Customer might at any time in the future during the Term conduct.

Examples of Customer’s Business in a sentence

  • In a first step (“Build Phase”), Features will be developed based on Customer’s Business Requirements and Software Requirements (together “Requirements”).

  • This Section does not necessarily include all countries to which SAP may transfer Customer Data at the direction of Customer or the countries from which Customer, its Authorized Users or Customer’s Business Partners may access the Cloud Service.

  • This license follows the capacity limitations referred in the Order and is solely granted for the Customer’s Business Purposes.

  • Customer also may incur charges for special Services such as directory assistance, operator-assisted calls or call-forwarding, depending on Customer’s Business Plan.

  • As soon as administratively feasible after AB&T accepts Customer’s Business Digital Enrollment, AB&T will activate the Business Digital Banking product, which will inaugurate the process of accumulating Customer Eligible Account balance and transaction history from the time of Business Digital Banking activation going forward up to a maximum of eighteen (18) months accumulated activity available for Customer inquiry and reports.

  • Customer agrees to provide AB&T such financial, business and operating information as AB&T may reasonably request in connection with AB&T’s underwriting and approval of Customer’s Business Digital Enrollment.


More Definitions of Customer’s Business

Customer’s Business means the business of the Customer referred to in Recital (B), “Customer Content” means all vehicles, images, e-mail addresses and employee details which the Customer enters into the system.
