Customer’s Authorized Representative definition

Customer’s Authorized Representative means the natural or legal person to whom Customer has granted qualification to administrate Customer’s Data on behalf of Customer.

  • Provident shall act upon any instructions (including telephonic and/or electronic instructions) believed by Provident in good faith to have been given by Customer’s Authorized Representative and shall not be liable to Customer or any other party for any loss or liability resulting from its execution of such instructions.

  • Customer and/or Customer’s Authorized Representative and all Authorized Users of ▇▇▇▇ Payment will be required to review and accept, and thereby be bound by, the additional terms and conditions, which will be displayed electronically during the ▇▇▇▇ Payment Service enrollment process.

  • After obtaining approval, Customer’s Authorized Representative must complete the designated Emergency Change Order electronic order form and submit the form via email to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.

  • Customer and/or Customer’s Authorized Representative and all Authorized Users of Bill Payment will be required to review and accept, and thereby be bound by, the additional terms and conditions, which will be displayed electronically during the Bill Payment Service enrollment process.
